What Is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is a holistic approach to nutrition. A Nutritional Therapist is trained to determine nutritional deficiencies with a variety of analytical tools and to recommend the changes you need to make to improve your nutritional wellness. Optimal wellness is attained by eating a properly prepared nutrient-dense whole foods diet. By eliminating modern processed foods, one can reverse many of the Western degenerative diseases and symptoms. Nutritional Therapy will help you identify and attain your unique goals and teach you how eating real food, as our great-great-grandparents did, is the answer to wellness. A Nutritional Therapist will guide you on your road to wellness and help you avoid the road to illness. One of the first tools I will use, is a food journal. Your food journal will give me a glimpse of exactly what you are eating and drinking on a daily basis. I will examine your journal for proper nutrient ratios and make needed recommendations. Another tool that I will use is examining your healthy history form. Please download this confidential health history form and email it back to me and we can get you headed towards wellness. "Since starting Kristin''s nutrition program I have felt an improvement in my total health. I have more energy, sleep better and a serious reduction in my joint pain. Other benefits include my best cholesterol panel in 20 years and a 10 pound weight loss. I''ve worked over 10 years in outpatient medicine, and I feel her program would benefit any and every patient." Brian J. Daly MS-PAC Physician Assistant
